Changes to submission of new chemicals applications
To assist us in maintaining efficient services during the COVID-19 pandemic, we now prefer that you submit new chemicals applications electronically where possible.
For email submissions:
- please include a signed copy of the application forms – this can be a scanned copy of a signed form or you can apply an electronic signature to the form
- limit single emails to 10MB in size – if your total data package is more than 10MB, please send multiple emails with a subject indicating how many you’re sending (for example, 1 of 5)
- ensure all attachments aren’t password protected
- don’t use secure links like Dropbox, as we can’t access them due to IT security issues
If you can’t submit your application by email, please contact us at email@example.com so we can make alternative arrangements.
