Changes to submission of new chemicals applications

To assist us in maintaining efficient services during the COVID-19 pandemic, we now prefer that you submit new chemicals applications electronically where possible.

For email submissions:

  • please include a signed copy of the application forms – this can be a scanned copy of a signed form or you can apply an electronic signature to the form
  • limit single emails to 10MB in size – if your total data package is more than 10MB, please send multiple emails with a subject indicating how many you’re sending (for example, 1 of 5)
  • ensure all attachments aren’t password protected
  • don’t use secure links like Dropbox, as we can’t access them due to IT security issues
