We provide training to help businesses understand their NICNAS obligations. We encourage businesses to report breaches of the ICNA Act and we have a range of powers to ensure compliance with the law, including site inspections and penalties.
NICNAS encourages businesses to self-report unintended breaches of the ICNA Act and comply with our instructions to rectify an issue. Third parties can also submit a formal allegation about suspected breaches of the law.
