Reminder to finalise your NICNAS certificate or permit application before 1 July
If you have already submitted an application for a NICNAS assessment certificate or permit — or you’re planning to apply before our new scheme starts — you must submit a completed application form and the relevant data and make full payment so that we receive it before 1 July 2020.

AICIS decision tools to help you categorise your introduction
We’ve published 15 decision tools to help businesses categorise their chemical importation or manufacture under AICIS. These self-guided online tools complement other guidance we’ve published on how to work out your introduction category from 1 July. The tools are a work-in-progress and we’d like your feedback to help us improve them.
