NICNAS’s support services to the
Minister and Parliamentary Secretary include the preparation of Ministerial
Correspondence, Question Time Briefs, answers to Parliamentary Questions on
Notice and Ministerial requests for briefing. Two performance measures are used
for reporting on the delivery of these services:
Quantity
– the number of processed items of
Ministerial Correspondence, Question Time Briefs, Parliamentary Questions on
Notice and Ministerial requests for briefing.
Quality – agreed timeframes and acceptable standard are met for responses to ministerial correspondence, Question Time Briefs, Parliamentary Questions on Notice and Ministerial requests for briefing
