New Chemicals Notification
and Assessment Statistics

This appendix shows the number of new chemical submissions (total
and assessment category) received and completed for 2003-04 (by quarter
and total) and compares these to 2002-03 and 2001-02 figures. Data include
our performance against statutory timeframes.
