Requirements Under The Act

In addition to the requirement to produce an Annual Report to Parliament
on the operations of the Act and other external scrutiny such as through
the NICNAS IGGC, the Act also prescribes additional mandatory reporting
requirements. These are detailed in the following table along with
information on the last/next publishing date.
