Electronic Templates

 

Applications that have been completed in electronic template format should be provided to NICNAS electronically. The rebate (of up to 15%) for STD,LTD and PLC notifications is only given when this has been done.

It is recommended that applications be sent as floppy disk or CD-ROM, accompanying the hard copy of the application, which needs to be sent in duplicate.
