Electronic Templates

Applications that have been completed in electronic template format should be provided to NICNAS electronically. The rebate (of up to 15%) for STD, LTD and PLC notifications is only given when this has been done.

It is recommended that applications be sent as CD-ROM, accompanying the hard copy of the application, which needs to be sent in duplicate. Additional information may be obtained by consulting the relevant Forms for each notification category.
