How to Submit Third Party Allegations

 

A 'Report of non-compliance with NICNAS Requirements' Form has been developed for those who wish to report suspected non-compliant activities. NICNAS values and encourages the community, industry, industry associations and other government agencies to provide information on any breaches of the industrial chemicals legislation. As a matter of policy all formal third party reports are investigated. Complete confidentiality is ensured in all cases.

If you wish to bring a compliance matter to our attention, you can:

• Fax details to the compliance team on 02 8577 8888;

• Write to the compliance team using our postal address; or

• Arrange to come in and meet with us.
