Instructions

The schedule attachments correspond to the individual parts of the Schedule requirements, except, Part C is split in two; one containing mammalian toxicity data and one containing ecotoxicity data. Which individual Schedule parts need to be submitted depends on whether the notification is Standard or Limited, and a polymer or non-polymer, as specified in the Notification Form. If data is available to you for mammalian toxicity or ecotoxicity, Part C1 and/or Part C2 (whichever is relevant to the available data) has to be submitted even for a limited notification, with only the sections for the available data completed.

Notifications completed in electronic format should be provided to us electronically; the rebate for Standard and Limited notifications is only given when this has been done. It is recommended that the notifications be sent as floppy disk or CD-Rom, accompanying the hard copy of the notification which still needs to be sent in duplicate.
