Voluntary Call for Information on Chemicals – Introducers of Chemicals of Potential Security Concern The National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS) published a voluntary call for information on certain chemicals which are of potential security concern in the Chemical Gazette of 2 August 2011.
To assist with the recording of relevant information on these chemicals, NICNAS has developed a survey template which can be downloaded using this link: http://www.nicnas.gov.au/consultations.asp Please send the requested information by 13 September 2011 to: NICNAS is collating information on the 40 chemicals on behalf of the Australian Government Attorney-General ’s Department (AGD). The information will primarily be considered to inform risk assessments on these chemicals of potential security concern.
