Which agencies cover: a) food ingredients; b) food wrapping; etc?

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) regulates food and food additives. If ingredients in food wrapping are to be manufactured or imported, please check with FSANZ first; if not within their scope, the chemical may require notification and assessment through NICNAS.
