Importing and Manufacturing Chemical FAQs

Once I have satisfied the requirement of the IC(NA) Act, are there any other legal requirements I need to satisfy before I can import/manufacture the chemical?

As the control of use, supply, transport and disposal is governed under State and Territory legislation, you will also need to ensure you comply with State and Territory requirements. Other Commonwealth legislation may also apply (for example, cosmetic labeling).
