How can I obtain more information about chemicals used in Australia?

Please refer to the Chemicals section of the NICNAS web site. Alternatively, please contact the NICNAS office.

There is no single list of chemicals that are banned/illegal in Australia.

However NICNAS has an Existing Chemical Information Sheet,
Chemicals Banned or Severely Restricted in Australia ( PDF 89Kb).
