What will happen if I pass on information that another company is doing something wrong? Will they know who raised the issue with NICNAS?

 

If NICNAS is advised that a company may not be complying with the legislation, we will investigate the matter promptly. If we find that the company is not complying with the legislation, we will work with them to bring them into compliance.

 

If you wish to alert NICNAS that a company may not be complying with the legislation, we ask that you complete the Compliance allegation form Report of Non-compliance with NICNAS requirements

Information you pass on to NICNAS, including your own contact details, will remain confidential, within the provisos of Commonwealth government legislation.
