Will the information be published? We are concerned about providing confidential chemical details to NICNAS if they will be published?

NICNAS does not intend to publish a list of chemicals being introduced under an exemption.

NICNAS proposes to publish statistics on the chemicals being introduced under exemptions. This may include aggregated quantities or numbers of chemicals grouped by, for example, use categories.
