When do I need to report by?
 

Annual reports are required by 28 September 2005. However, the web-based annual reporting application is not expected to be available until after the legislated deadline of 28 September. In order to meet annual reporting obligations, your organisation will need to register its intention to submit their annual report at a later date via the NICNAS website.

Registration for annual reporting involves providing basic data such as estimates of the number of chemicals expected to be reported and committing to report by a later agreed date. This will enable companies to fulfil their reporting obligations, provided reported information is submitted later by the agreed date.
