In checking our records we have discovered we have introduced more than 100 kg of a new chemical. What should I do?

If you have introduced more than 100kg of a new chemical you will need to advise NICNAS immediately. If you wish to continue introducing the new chemical you will need to apply for a permit or certificate from NICNAS.

Refer to the NICNAS Handbook for Notifiers for guidance on the type of permit or certificate required.
