Annual Reporting FAQs

 

We only produce/use microgram levels of new chemicals, do we still need to report?

If the chemical is being introduced under a  ≤ 100 kg Research and Development Exemption, and the total quantity of the chemical does not exceed 100g, no reporting is required. However, if the chemical is being used for a commercial purpose, and therefore being introduced under any other exemption category, annual reporting requirements apply.
