How do I know if the annual reporting requirements affect me?

 

Annual reports are required from introducers importing and/or manufacturing new chemicals under:

• A commercial evaluation permit; and/or

• A low volume chemical permit; and/or

• A self assessed assessment certificate; and or

• An exemption
