My organisation purchases all chemicals through an Australian based supplier; do the annual reporting requirements still apply to me?

 

If your organisation purchases all of its chemicals through an Australian based supplier, you will only need to annually report if you use the locally supplied chemicals to manufacture a new industrial chemical, which will then be introduced under an exemption, permit or self-assessed assessment certificate.
