I have already provided advice to NICNAS that I am introducing a cosmetic under an exemption; do I still need to provide an annual report?

Yes. If you have already notified NICNAS that you will be introducing a cosmetic under an exemption you will just need to confirm the details of the chemical introduced. When it comes time to annually report on an exemption, the chemical data you have already provided to NICNAS will be displayed by the web-based annual reporting application. Accordingly, you will only need to confirm the chemical data for the reporting year (1 September – 31 August).
