How can I re-list a chemical in the confidential section of AICS?

Chemicals can only be listed on the confidential section for a fixed period of five years. Companies can apply to re-list. Should you wish to re-list a chemical in the confidential section of AICS, please complete the relevant form.

Guidelines for establishing a case for confidential listing of chemicals on AICS are also available.
