AICS FAQs What is the confidential AICS? Confidential AICS is a section of AICS, which is not available for public inspection. It contains the chemical details similar to public AICS. The Director NICNAS, decides on these applications in consultation with NICNAS Technical Advisory Group (TAG). Guidelines also exist. Commercial versus public interest is also taken into consideration. Chemicals are listed on confidential section for five-year periods. |
