How do I apply for confidential listing of a chemical on AICS?

In order to list a chemical in the confidential section of the Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances (AICS), the importer or manufacturer of the chemical needs to make a special application to the Director of NICNAS, addressing certain criteria. Please complete the relevant form.

Guidelines for establishing a case for confidential listing of chemicals on AICS are also available.
